In addition to maintenance and upgrades, we offer support services. This will cover any problems you are experiencing with using the system, as well as end-user type support should you be unsure of a particular feature.
Whilst bugs within an application/operating system can also be logged with us, the responsibility of the bug lies with the vendor that made the application/operating system. We will ensure that bug reports are logged based on the information provided to us, and will follow these up with the vendor. In the case of bugs, upgrades may be required once it has been fixed and released in a future release.
