Initially the project scope was to host our own website internally as well as having our own email server and anti-spam functionality.

We decided upon having two servers managing the email, one as email server, with the anti-spam gateway being used to relay incoming and outgoing emails. Our website was also moved internally with the use of Apache and Web Application Firewall to help protect it against attacks. We are also looking to move our existing website to a Content Management System so that it can easily be maintained.

After our initial installation, we then asked about a Document Management System, and Linux Systems Limited proposed a solution for us. We are currently using this successfully for storage of all our documents in a central repository so that all our users can access quickly and easily. At the same time, we also asked for a Proxy Server with URL Filtering that required authentication before anyone could browse the internet. Linux Systems Limited provided this currently authenticating against an LDAP Server.
